Honorable Queenstar Pokuah Sawyerr Boosts DVLA Agona East with State-of-the-Art Office
The Member of Parliament for Agona East, Honorable Queenstar Pokuah Sawyerr, has sponsored a state-of-the-art DVLA office in Agona Kwanyako (Gyasikrom), a project that promises to revolutionize vehicle registration and licensing services in the Central and Eastern Regions.
The office, which was inspected by DVLA CEO Julius Neequaye, is expected to serve about six districts and create employment opportunities for youth and women in the area. With a capacity to attend to 120 drivers daily, this facility will be the biggest DVLA office in the Central Region.
CEO Julius Neequaye commended Honorable Queenstar Pokuah Sawyerr for her efforts in bringing this project to fruition, noting its potential to support the NDC government’s agenda. The project is a testament to Sawyerr’s commitment to her constituency and Ghana’s development.
The inspection was attended by notable dignitaries, including District Chief Executive Honorable Oscar Mensah, who welcomed the DVLA CEO, and the Honorable Member of Parliament for Dome Kwabeya, alongside NDC branch and constituency executives.
