Hon Joana Gyan Cudjoe Initiative in Amenfi Central

Hon. Joana Gyan Cudjoe, the Member of Parliament for Amenfi Central, has launched several initiatives to improve the lives of her constituents. Here are some of her notable projects:

Education

• Constructing new schools and classrooms, including the Wuratrem DA Primary School and the Ankasie DA Primary School
• Launching the Schools Under Trees Project to eliminate makeshift classrooms
• Providing financial support to 39 schools through her Teacher Initiative, totaling GHS 589,680

Healthcare

• Constructing CHPS compounds at Ankasie, Jedua Kese, and Hiawa
• Building a Maternity Block with Theatre at Manso Amenfi

Infrastructure

• Securing approval for a 58km road project

• Building a Police Station at Achichire and Sraha Ayiem

• Identifying land for large-scale vegetable and rice farms
• Providing transportation for 85 youth to participate in a Work Abroad Screening Exercise
